Hit a bug, or have an idea to make Prisma better? I'd love to hear from you. I read every message.

Send it from inside Obsidian

Open Settings → Prisma Calendar → General and click Send feedback. It opens on general feedback; switch to Bug report or Feature request at the top of the form, describe it, and hit Submit.

Three commands open the same form without leaving what you're doing — run them from the command palette, or give each a hotkey under Settings → Hotkeys:

• Prisma Calendar: Send feedback — the general form.
• Prisma Calendar: Report a bug — opens on the bug type, with debug info ticked.
• Prisma Calendar: Take a screenshot & report a bug — grabs the Obsidian window first, then opens a bug report with that picture already attached and the cursor in the description. One keystroke from "this is broken" to a report with a picture of it.

Submissions are one-way, so this is the wrong place for a question you need answered: nothing comes back to the plugin.

Looking for an answer? Start with the FAQ, the troubleshooting guide, or the in-app Open help center button next to this one. If none of them covers it, ask on GitHub, where I can reply and the answer stays visible for the next person with the same question:

• GitHub Discussions — for questions, setup help, and "how do I…" — the best place to ask.
• GitHub Issues — for a bug or a feature request you want tracked. Search first; someone may have reported it already.

Reporting a bug. A bug report arrives with Include debug info already ticked. That attaches the recent warnings and errors plus the last few minutes of the plugin's activity — the context needed to identify the cause without having to reproduce the problem first. Expand Review what's attached to read the exact bundle before you send it, or untick the box to send none of it. Everything in it is redacted — see Privacy & diagnostics for what that means and what stays on your device.

Adding a screenshot. Click Add screenshot to pick an image, or take a screen grab and paste it straight into the modal. Attachments appear as thumbnails you can remove, up to three per report. A screenshot is not redacted, so check what's on screen before you attach it.

Leaving keeps the report. Escape, a click outside, the close button — all of them put the report down rather than throw it away, with everything you typed and attached still in it. Opening feedback again brings that report back, as does Prisma Calendar: Restore minimized report (bind it to a hotkey if you use it often). The one control that discards a report is Clear, next to the close button.

From the toolbar. Send Feedback and Take Screenshot & Send Feedback are also page-header actions — add either to a calendar's toolbar from the header's action manager to report what you're looking at without leaving the view.

Photographing the problem from inside the report. The report sits on top of the thing it's asking about, so it gets out of the way:

• The camera, beside the close button, puts the report down and leaves a capture bar at the bottom of the window. Navigate to the view you want to show, then press Enter (or click Capture) to photograph the whole Obsidian window; Esc cancels. The report comes back with the picture attached and everything you had typed still there. Repeat for a second view, up to three pictures.
• Prisma Calendar: Add a screenshot to the minimized report raises the same capture bar for a report you've already put down.
• Take a screenshot & report a bug does the right thing whatever is on screen: with no report open it grabs the window immediately and hands you a report to describe it; with a report open or put down it raises the capture bar instead.

The report is never in its own screenshot: it is put away before the shutter fires. Capture is a desktop feature; on mobile, attach an image instead.

If the send fails — you are offline, or the server is unreachable — the message says so and the report can be sent again. Your text and attachments are kept.
