Integrations Settings

Integration settings for connecting with external calendar services and importing/exporting events. Access via Settings → Integrations.

New to this? Start with the Integrations overview for the available methods, or jump straight to the step-by-step Connect Google Calendar guide.

ICS Export/Import

  • Export folder: folder where exported .ics files are saved (default: Prisma-Exports)
  • Export calendar: export all events to an .ics file
  • Import .ics: import events from an .ics file

See the Integrations documentation for full details.

CalDAV

Configure CalDAV accounts for one-way read-only sync from external calendar servers. See the CalDAV documentation.

ICS URL Subscriptions

Subscribe to external calendars via public ICS URLs for automatic periodic syncing. See the ICS Subscriptions documentation, or follow the Connect Google Calendar guide for the most common setup.

Several Devices

Every Writer device that has an account configured syncs it independently. UID-based note naming lets current Prisma versions converge on the same path. Use Writer on a single device, or on every device when the vault is not open simultaneously. If concurrent use produces conflicts, choose Reader (Device role under Settings → General) on the other devices so one primary Writer performs automatic writes. The Syncing from several devices box at the top of the tab summarises what to expect; the full picture is under Integrations → Several devices and Multiple devices and sync.

Holidays

  • Enable holidays: display public holidays on the calendar as virtual read-only events
  • Country: ISO country code (e.g., US, GB, DE, CA)
  • State/Province: optional state or province code
  • Region: optional region code for more specific holidays
  • Holiday types: select which types of holidays to display (public, bank, school, observance, optional)
  • Timezone: optional timezone for holiday calculations

See the Holidays documentation for full details.
